RI Medicaid providers are invited to participate in upcoming Provider Training Days scheduled on April 27 and April 28, 2016. Training topics include:

The Healthcare Portal replaced Interactive Web Services (IWS) on February 16, 2015. New Trading Partners are required to enroll through the Healthcare Portal and all existing Trading Partners are required to register to use the Healthcare Portal. Training sessions were conducted to support providers, clearinghouses, billing entities and all other users of IWS in this transition.
